Snack Hacks
-
Herbs and seeds option, called Zaatar I always choose the one with no soy in it, is mostly thyme, marjoram, oregano and cumin, coriander, sesame seeds. -
Salami, provolone, cheese. -
I like to keep easy to carry whole fruits in my bag- apples, mandarins. Other fruits like berries can be packed in small containers. If I'm really hungry- combine the fruit with a nut butter like almond butter. Another option is dried fruit- mango, apricots, etc. Edamame is a wonderful, easy to pack snack. Lastly, a bag of nuts is easy to keep in my bag for quick protein fix. -
My favorite snack hack is pre cutting an apple before leaving for work and using a rubber band to keep it fresh and keep it from turning brown so I can enjoy later! its also pre cut which makes it easy if I want to enjoy with a dip like peanut butter! -
