Recoupment Payments

Contra Costa Health Plan (CCHP) is updating the information sent to you in April 2020 regarding a review for Other Health Coverage. We have received your messages and concerns regarding the recent recoupment CCHP performed. We have reviewed the recoupment data and if we recouped for payment that was beyond 365 days from the original date of payment, please know that we will be providing the refunds back to your account. We anticipate that all the refunds will be processed in the next 3 weeks.

Due to the high volume of incoming calls and emails, we ask that you wait for 3 weeks before reaching out to us regarding the refunds. We appreciate your patience as we work through this process.
